2022 Carmel Rams Youth Football and Cheer Registration Information

Football Registrations


All football players are required to purchase practice pants, mouthguard, cleats and protection cup. 

CRYFAC provides helmets, shoulder pads, game jerseys, practice jersey and game pants.

(Game pants for new players only)

 

8U Rookie Football Fee: $395
Once registered you will be given $100 worth of raffle tickets which you sell and keep the cash.

WE are asking the parents to volunteer and help our boys and girls with (concessions, game day on field help, fundraising, etc)

9U - 10U- 11U Football Fee: $395
Once registered, you will be given $100 worth of raffle tickets which you sell and keep the cash.

Cheer Registrations:

Mascot Cheer Program for Grades K-1.  Program Fee: $195 
WE are asking the parents to volunteer and help our boys and girls with (concessions, game day on field help, fundraising, etc). No raffle ticket option.
 
Grades 2-6.  Program Fee: $375

Additional children discounts available for football players and cheerleaders.
 
IF PAYING CHECK OR CASH: at the end of the registration process, click "CHECKOUT", then select "PAY FULL AMOUNT or PAYMENT OPTION". You will then be given the option on the bottom right to "Pay with Check". You will not be charged the 3% Credit Card Processing Fee.
 
Information below applies to both football and cheer!
Each player will be required to sell 1 box minimum of chocolate. 

Late registration fee
There is a $25 late registration fee applied to anyone that registers after
the deadline of July 31st.

Refund policy
Notification must be sent via email to
if a participant wishes not to participate and requests a refund.  
Please write refund request in the subject line.
Notification to coach does not qualify for a refund.

If resignation is prior to first practice - All monies refunded minus $25 cancellation fee.
If resignation is after the first practice and before the end of the third week of practice - $100 refund

If resignation is after the third week of practice - All monies paid are non-refundable.

Uniform Security Deposit:
 
Football: Mandatory $200 equipment secuity deposit is due when they are distributed (Checks only - Checks are kept and NOT DEPOSITED). 
Your security will be returned eqiuipent is returned in acceptable condition.
